Shipping & Returns Policy for Mattresses
All our mattresses are packed in a grey mailing bag and dispatched through standard 5- 7 days courier services, For economical and fast delivery most of our mattresses are folded, packed & dispatched , it will take few hours after unpacking and mattress will retain it's original shape,
Please check carefully while you receive these packages and make sure packaging or product is not damaged through transit, in case of any damage simply refuse delivery and you will be eligible of full refund.
- Product size you ordered was different than one we dispatched
- Product you ordered was same we dispatched but it doesn't fit your bed and it was mistake in calculation from you and product returned is not opened and remain packed in it's original clear transparent packaging
- Product delivered to you was damaged or defective
- Product delivered to you was not up to your expectation and returned back in it's original form.
For returns please contact us by click on Contact menu and filling contact form, you can also send us message through chat tab or email us at sales@luxekomfort.co.uk with order number. we will issue you a label if product was defective, damaged or different than what you ordered, in other cases such has accidental orders or error in choosing size cost of label will be deducted from refund amount
